On June 19, Breaking Outta Heaven, our follow up EP to Breaking Into Heaven is out in the world!!! This EP is like the expansion pack to the previous album. With 5 x new songs that we are super proud of and excited for everyone to hear. To celebrate we are hitting the road for an east coast Australian tour fresh off the back of our 17-show EU tour in May/June! So give the EP a spin and come check us out live.

Underworld - Underneath The Radar

Absolute banger that my dad used to play when I was very young. It's very nostalgic to me and perhaps underpins more of my personality than I understand.

Tom Waits - Invitation to the blues

I mean, lyrical genius, such casual banter turned into a song. But such unbelievable heartarche and yearning and beauty condensed into such an iconic piece of music. Necessary.

FKA Twigs - Eusexua

I really admire FKA Twigs as an artist who has been pushing the envelope since day dot. Living in full expression across the total spectrum of body, mind, spirit and song. Just saw her live in Paris and it changed my life so had to have this in there

Miss Kaninna - Blak Britney

She's just flat out one of the most important, talented and badass voices in this country. Super inspiring in every possible way. And this song just slaps.

Tasman Keith - Tread Light

Another deadly and important artist right here. Tasman is always raising the bar musically and poetically and I think I take a lot of inspiration from him to keep my pen sharp and my heart true. I think this song is a really vulnerable and powerful moment after an epic album that shows a lot of who he is as a person and artist. So hopefully a gateway for you to listen to the whole thing!

Geese - Cowboy Nudes

Can't get around Geese can we. I think Getting Killed is probably my preferred album, but this song is just perpetually getting stuck in my head. Bit of a perfectly insane song.

Father John Misty - Mental Health

I love Father John. Big influence on me lyrically. And although I have many favourites. This one has been in high rotation lately.

Half Moon Run - Full Circle

Half Moon Run are actually like a deep cut deep love band for me. I think I found them when I was 19 and probably in some self-indulgent existential crisis that they really helped pull me through so there is a very emotional place in my heart for them and every album they've released since this first one. There's plenty songs I love from their later albums. But this is the first ember of the fire.

Fontaines D.C - Starburster

Needs no introduction. The boys from Ireland soaring through to wrap up this playlist. One of my favourite tunes, like many other people, of the last few years.
